球墨铸铁压力容器应力分析方法浅见

摘要 本文针对一台使用QT400-18R球墨铸铁材料制造封头的油气筒,使用有限元软件对其进行应力分析,并详细研究应力分析过程中,球墨铸铁承压件的受力和应力分布状况,并对结果汇总分析,最终给出球墨铸铁制压力容器进行应力分析设计过程中的关注点,为同类型的球墨铸铁压力容器设计过程提供参考. In this paper,a finite element software is used to analyze the stress of an oil and gas cylinder made of QT400-18R ductile iron.The stress and stress distribution of the pressure-retaining component of the ductile iron are studied in detail during the stress analysis process,and the results are summarized and analyzed.Finally,the focus of stress analysis and design of the pressure vessel made of ductile iron is given,which provides a reference on designing for the same type of ductile iron pressure vessel.
