Experience of LI Yun-ying in Treating Laryngeal Contact Granuloma

李云英运用中医药治疗喉接触性肉芽肿的临床经验丰富,认为喉接触性肉芽肿为本虚标实之证,气虚、痰凝、血瘀、邪毒为其发病的重要因素,以益气化痰祛瘀、解毒散结为基本治则。常用药物有黄芪、猫爪草、醋鳖甲、陈皮、浙贝母、法半夏、郁金、板栗壳、僵蚕、玄参、桔梗、甘草等。

LI Yun-ying has rich clinical experience in treating laryngeal contact granuloma with Chinese Medicine.LI Yun-ying believes that laryngeal contact granuloma can be described as the syndrome of deficiency in the origin and excess in the superficiality and that Qi deficiency,phlegm stagnation,blood stagnation and pathogenic toxin are the primary etiological factors of laryngeal contact granuloma.Therefore,invigorating Q i,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,and clearing away toxin and dissipating mass are the principles of treatment for laryngeal contact granuloma.The commonly used herbs in treating laryngeal contact granuloma are Hunagqi(Radix Astragali),Maozhuacao(Radix Ranunculi Ternati),Cubiejia(Carapax Trionycis),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Zhebeimu(Fritillariae Thunbergii),Fabanxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum),Yujin(Radix curcumae),Banlike(Chestnut shell),Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus),Xuanshen(Radix Scrophulariae),Jiegeng(Platycodon grandiflorum)and Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),etc.
