张掖市常见5种鸡病的抽样检测及结果分析

The Sampling Detection and Result Analysis of Common Chicken Disease in Zhangye

为了掌握张掖市鸡白痢、鸡伤寒、鸡毒支原体、鸡滑液支原体、禽白血病的感染情况,张掖市动物疫病预防控制中心采用平板凝集试验和酶联免疫吸附试验对这5种鸡病进行了抽样检测。检测结果表明,张掖市鸡白痢和鸡伤寒、鸡毒支原体、鸡滑液支原体、禽白血病的阳性率分别为9.7%(76/785)、40.6%(319/785)、27.1%(213/785)、10.09%(20/184),说明这5种病在张掖市均存在不同程度感染情况。各级动物防疫部门应高度重视,采取综合措施有效防控这些疫病的流行。

In order to know the infection status of pullorum,typhoid,mycoplasma gallisepticum,mycoplasma synovium and avian leukemia in Zhangye,Zhangye animal disease prevention and control center adopted the plate agglutination test and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to conduct sampling tests for these five kinds of chicken diseases.The results showed that the positive rates of pullorum and typhoid,mycoplasma gallisepticum,mycoplasma synovium and avian leukemia in Zhangye were 9.7%(76/785),40.6%(319/785),27.1%(213/785)and 10.09%(20/184),respectively indicating that these five diseases are all infected to different degrees in Zhangye.Animal epidemic prevention departments at all levels should attach great importance to it and take comprehensive measures to effectively prevent and control the epidemic of these diseases.
