摘要
体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)通过定量参数描述活体组织的纯水分子扩散及微循环灌注,进而反映组织的微观结构及功能的变化。近年来IVIM-DWI逐渐应用于脑胶质瘤术后复发及治疗后影像学变化(PTRIC)的鉴别诊断,在评估胶质瘤术后病变的灌注及微血管特征等方面具有一定的临床应用潜能。就IVIMDWI用于鉴别胶质瘤术后复发与PTRIC的研究进展及潜在价值予以综述。
Intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging(IVIM-DWI) uses quantitative parameters to describe the diffusion of pure water and microcirculation perfusion in living tissues, thus reflecting the changes in microstructure and function of tissues. In recent years, IVIM-DWI has been gradually applied in the differential diagnosis between postoperative recurrence of brain glioma and post-treatment imaging changes(PTRIC), and has shown certain clinical potential in evaluating the perfusion and microvascular characteristics of postoperative lesions of glioma, etc. This article reviews the research progress and potential of IVIM-DWI in the differential diagnosis between postoperative recurrence of glioma and PTRIC.
