摘要
分析了雷达系统对低温微波器件的应用需求,从技术原理、关键技术、使用性价比等角度展开论证,并对技术方向与应用前景提出个人观点。分析表明:航天测控类雷达在高灵敏接收领域对低温微波器件应用需求迫切,在X频段系统G/T值可因此提高3.85~7.03倍;在拥挤的P/L/S频段,窄带超导滤波器组能有效改善地面警戒等雷达的抗干扰性能;在V/W等毫米波段,低温微波器件能降低噪声2 dB^5 dB,对毫米波段雷达噪底的降低有重要应用价值。
The application demands of cryogenic microwave devices in radars was analysed based on the work principle,key technologies and cost performances.It is found that space TT&C radar has an urgent demand for the application of cryogenic microwave devices in high sensitive receiving end.The G/T value at X waveband can be increased by 3.85~7.03 times.At P,L and S wavebands,the narrow-band superconducting filter group can effectively improve the anti-jamming performances of the ground warning radar.At millimeter wavebands like V and W,the cryogenic microwave devices can reduce the noise by 2 dB^5 dB,which is significant to decrease the noise bottom of millimeter wave radar.
