在深化产教融合、校企合作、促进地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的政策背景下,民办高校面临难得的发展机遇。民办高校转型发展具有先天优势,主要表现为体制机制灵活、大多具有企业背景和创新创业文化氛围浓厚等。但是,由于办学自主权落实不够、学校管理封闭化或半封闭化以及企业参与校企合作积极性不高,民办高校转型发展的优势仍是潜在的。要将民办高校转型发展的潜在优势转变为现实优势,需要落实并扩大其办学自主权、深化产教融合和激活创新创业文化氛围等。

Under the background of deepening industry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation, and promoting the transformation of local undergraduate colleges into application-oriented universities, non-governmental institutions of higher learning are presented with rare development opportunities. In the process of transformation and development, non-governmental institutions of higher learning have inherent advantages, mainly reflected in the flexibility of systems and mechanisms, most of them having corporate background and strong atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship culture. However, due to poor implementation of school-running autonomy, closed or semi-closed school management, and low enthusiasm for relying on enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation, the inherent advantages of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in the process of transformation and development are still potential. To turn these potential advantages into real advantages, it is necessary to implement and expand school-running autonomy, deepen industry-education integration, and activate the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
