粤港澳大湾区与旧金山湾区数字媒体产业集聚优势比较及启示

产业集聚水平在一定程度上代表着湾区的发达程度,粤港澳大湾区借数字经济转型升级之势打造"数字湾区",已成当前湾区发展的有效途径。对2008—2017年旧金山湾区与粤港澳大湾区数字媒体产业上市公司数据进行集聚度比较分析后发现,粤港澳大湾区数字媒体产业集聚度偏弱,为提升其数字媒体产业竞争力,需激发创新活力,利用孵化平台形成集聚效应;统筹协调机制,利用制度优势释放人才活力;着眼创新科技,利用硅谷经验打造升级优势。

The level of industrial agglomeration represents the degree of development of a bay area, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has become an effective way to develop the "Digital Bay Area" through the transformation and upgrading of the digital economy. This paper provides a comparative analysis of the agglomeration degree of listed companies in the digital media industry in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2008 to 2017. It is found that the concentration of the digital media industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is relatively weak. In order to enhance the competitiveness of its digital media industry, it is necessary to stimulate innovation vitality and use incubation platforms to form agglomeration effects, coordinate coordination mechanism and use institutional advantages to release talent vitality, focus on innovative technology and use Silicon Valley experience to create upgrade advantages.
