This paper summarizes five innovative development concepts from Schumpeter's economic development theory,explains the generation and development of innovative development theory,expounds the promotion and development of"Schumpeter innovation theory"in the future,and refines the core of"Schumpeter innovation theory"-innovation is the development power.Based on the innovation driven strategy and the current situation in China,this paper concludes that the key to the innovation development in China is to create a good innovation environment and cultivate innovative talents.
