摘要
为提高标准化工程专业毕业生在大数据时代的职业能力,将成果导向教育理念融入进应用统计学的教学改革中,从去概念化教学、引导探究式教学、数据驱动实践教学和综合考核方式四个方面实施教学改革,通过期末成绩分析和问卷调查结合的方法对教学改革实施效果进行评价。结果表明,新的教学模式增加了平时成绩的区分度,学习效果较好,大部分学生的满意度较高。但仍需结合后续效果,对应用统计学的教学模式进行持续优化改进,做到以成果为导向,有助于实现培养目标。
In order to improve the employability of graduates in standardization engineering in the era of big data,applied statistics course was reformed through reducing conceptual teaching,guiding inquiry teaching,driving the practice teaching by data and synthesizing evaluation method based on the outcomes-based education concept.Implementation effect of teaching reform was evaluated by analysing the final grade and questionnaire survey.The results imply that the new teaching mode increases the discrimination of regular grades and improves the learning effect.Most students are satisfied with the reforming course.However,it’s necessary to optimize the teaching mode of applied statistics course continually combined with subsequent effect.Based on the outcomes-based education concept,it may be easier to realize the training goals.
