大型汽轮发电机定子改造中隔振结构的优化设计

摘要 大型汽轮发电机的定子隔振结构设计对于减少铁心和机座的振动至关重要。在对某700 MW级水氢冷发电机的定子进行改造时,采用切向立式隔振结构替代原卧式隔振结构。应用Ansys有限元仿真软件对改造后的机座振动和弹簧板强度进行分析。结果表明,优化后的隔振结构能满足改造后定子的振动及强度要求,并使隔振性能有所提升。 It is an important factor for large-size turbine generators to reduce the vibration of stator and frame by means of the design of vibration-isolating construction in their stators.The tangential and vertical vibration-isolating construction is adopted to replace the original horizontal one during the rebuilding of certain 700 MW class water-hydrogen-cooled generator stator while the Ansys finite element simulation is applied to perform analysis on the frame vibration and strength of the spring plates.The results show that the optimized vibration-isolating construction is able to meet with requirements of vibration and strength of the rebuilt stator,making the vibration-isolating performance improved a great deal.
