摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,校长要深刻把握新时代的重要特征,牢固树立新时代先进的教育理念,担负起校长光荣而神圣的使命。深入分析和准确把握学科核心素养的内涵、特征,对于深化课程教学改革具有十分重要的意义。综观普通高中各学科核心素养,其内涵分别指向了学科的深层本质、学科方法论、学科价值观。近年来关于"深度学习"的探索,其核心理念和价值追求十分契合核心素养的育人目标和教育理念。因此,新时代中小学校长应努力提升把握正确政治方向的能力,理解、掌握和贯彻执行政策的能力,凝练先进理念和办学思想的价值引领的能力,领导富有特色的课程建设和教学改革的能力,引领务实有效的校本教研的能力,优化组织设计与提高组织效能的能力,激扬教师生命活力的能力,推动学校教学和管理信息化的能力。
As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the principals must deeply grasp the important features of the new era,firmly establish the advanced educational concepts of the new era,and shoulder the glorious and sacred mission of the principal.In-depth analysis and accurate grasp of the connotation and characteristics of the core qualities of the subject are of great significance for deepening the curriculum teaching reform.Comprehensive observation of the core literacy of each subject in ordinary high schools,its connotation points to the deep nature of the subject,subject methodology,and subject values.In recent years,the exploration of"deep learning",its core concept and value pursuit are very consistent with the core literacy goals and educational concepts.Therefore,The principals of middle schools and primary schools in the new era should strive to improve their ability to grasp the correct political direction,to understand,master and implement policies,to condense the value of advanced concepts and school-leading ideas,and to lead distinctive curriculum construction and teaching reform.They should also strive to improve their ability to lead pragmatic and effective school-based teaching and research,to optimize organizational design and improve organizational effectiveness,to stimulate teachers’vitality,and to promote school teaching and management informatization.
