摘要
中国学生发展核心素养,主要是指学生应具备能够适应终生发展和社会发展需要必备的品格和关键能力。基于"核心素养"的理论指导,学校因地制宜致力于"发展师生潜能构建高品质学校的研究"的校本课题研究工作,重在挖掘教师、学生潜在的能力(技能),进而使学生成为课题研究工作中的最大受益者;在调查研究中发现,在学校教师群体中有很多具有不同特长的教师。因此,通过进修、培训、学习等多种渠道提升教师自身的特长技能与专业素养后,再教授有相同兴趣爱好的学生,在循序渐进的研究实践过程中达到师生共同成长的目的。为全面加强学生的核心素养教育,打造高素质教师团队提供理论依托,从而在全面提高学校办学质量的基础上,构建师生可共同发展的高品质校园。
The core literacy of Chinese students’ development mainly means that students should possess the necessary qualities and key abilities that can meet the needs of lifelong development and social development. Based on the theoretical guidance of "core literacy", the school is committed to the school-based research work of "Development of Teachers and Students’ Potential to Build a High-Quality School" according to local conditions, focusing on tapping the potential qualities of teachers and students, so that students become the biggest beneficiaries of research work. It is found in the survey that there are many teachers with different specialties in the teacher group. Therefore, after improving teachers’ special skills and professional qualities through various channels such as further education, training, and learning, and then teaching students with similar interests and hobbies, in order to achieve the goal of common growth of teachers and students in the step-by-step research and practice process. In order to comprehensively strengthen the core literacy education of students and build a high-quality teacher team to provide theoretical support, so as to build a high-quality campus that teachers and students can develop together on the basis of comprehensively improving the quality of school.
