新时代高校基层党支部建设的思考

Reflections on the Construction of Basic Level Party Branches in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

基层党支部作为高校党的建设的基本单元,是党在高校全部工作的出发点和落脚点,高校作为高层次人才培养的摇篮,担负着为党育人、为国育才的重要历史使命。本文通过分析新时代高校基层党支部建设的重要性,有针对性地提出了加强基层党支部建设路径方法,为更好地发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用提供对策建议。

As the basic unit of Party construction in colleges and universities, the basic level Party branches is the starting point and foothold of all Party work in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities, as the cradle of high-level talents training,shoulder the important historical mission of educating people for the Party and for the country. Based on the analysis of the importance of the construction of basic level Party branches in colleges and universities in the new era, this paper puts forward ways and means to strengthen the construction of basic level Party branches in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for better playing the role of fighting fortresses of basic level Party organizations and exemplary role of Party members.
