为实现高职专业技能+创新创业型人才的培养,研究者提出基于数字媒体产品开发,找到市场痛点,优化产品方案、融入专业技术技能,精准培养精英,发展复合型专业技术+创新创业人才的培养体系;通过设置培养目标、健全课程体系等培养方案的完善,促成融合专业技能和创新创业教育的可持续发展;构建OPDE人才培养模式,从创意、原型、开发、体验全流程融合学生产品开发的专业技术能力、创新创意能力,从而培养切合时代发展要求的专创复合型技术技能人才。
