普通高校继续教育考试制度改革措施探究

在社会经济发展的推动下,我国普通高校的继续教育到了空前的发展,但任何事物的发展都不是一帆风顺的,必然会在改革过程中遇到各种困难.现如今,普通高校继续教育的考试制度暴露出诸多问题,比如考试观念落伍、考试监督缺乏、惩罚机制过于严厉、考试制度表面化严重、考试内容僵化等,这些问题严重限制了继续教育的人才培养.为了推动普通高校继续教育的发展,高校应该加快考试制度的改革,从转变考核观念、加强考试监督、完善考核制度、重视制度监管等几方面进行改革.

Under the promotion of social and economic development,the continuing education of our country's colleges and universities has reached an unprecedented development,but the development of anything is not smooth sailing,and will inevitably encounter various difficulties in the process of reform.Nowadays,there are many problems in the examination system of continuing education in colleges and universities,such as outdated examination concept,lack of examination supervision,too strict punishment mechanism,serious sup>erficialization of examination system,rigid examination content and so on,which seriously limit the cultivation of talents in continuing education.In order to promote the development of continuing education in colleges and universities,colleges and universities should speed up the reform of the examination system,including changing the assessment concept,strengthening the examination supervision,improving the assessment system,and paying attention to the system supervision.
