微博回评中跨文化公开道歉可适性的语用研究

A Pragmatic Analysis of the Falicity Conditions of Intercultural Public Apology in Weibo Comme

摘要 跨文化公开道歉是公众人物面向非本族语群体,对违背信任的行为承认责任和表达后悔的礼貌性言语修复行为,其可适性涉及不同语言群体对同一道歉行为的元语用评论。据此,本文以企业公开道歉网络回评为语料,通过基于语料库的话语语用分析法,分析汉语群体针对非本族语群体道歉的元语用评论语言形式和话语策略,探索汉语使用者对跨文化公开道歉行为的认识与评价。研究发现跨文化社交语境下的道歉元语用评论呈现出强烈的拒绝立场,高/低评对象组均使用否定增强、身份贬损、语义重释策略增强拒绝语力,语言内群体民族身份的构建意识是影响道歉可适性评价的隐含社会规约条件。 Intercultural public apology is conceptualized as a polite speech act used by a celebrity for repairing his/her lost trustworthiness and expressing regrets towards his/her wrongdoing directed at non-native speakers.The criteria of its felicity conditions are related closely to the perceptions of different language-based cultural groups.In light of intercultural variations in apologizing,this article explores Chinese perception of intercultural public apology by making a corpus-assisted discourse pragmatic analysis of linguistic patterns and strategies in Chinese recipients’metapragmatic comments on an international corporate’s public apology.It is found that the metapragmatic comments are strongly negative and that both highly-ranked and lowly-ranked commenters employ negation intensification,identity devaluing,and redefinition strategies to respond to public apology.It argues that the convention of national collectivity constrains Chinese perception of public apology in the intercultural context.
