基于S7-1200的瓦斯含量自动测定装置

针对传统瓦斯含量直接测定装置自动化程度不高,设备分散且装置中大多数设备的工作需要人工操作,相关数据也需要人工判断并记录,影响了实验数据的准确性,基于S7-1200 PLC设计和实现了一种瓦斯含量自动测定装置控制系统。该系统使用PLC采集测定时的温度、压力、液位等参数,并采用排水称重法,通过PLC与高精度电子称通信自动获取水重量,然后换算为瓦斯解吸量的体积变化数据,以此得到地面瓦斯解吸量,通过与井下瓦斯含量快速测定仪连接,自动获取井下测定数据,将地面测定数据和井下测定数据汇总,通过内部计算模型自动解算出煤样瓦斯含量。同时使用上位机程序实现装置可视化显示与便捷控制,提高了自动化程度,减少人为因素对实验数据的影响,提高了瓦斯含量测定精度。

In view of the fact that the automation degree of traditional gas content direct determination device is not high,the equipment is dispersed and the work of most equipment in the device requires manual operation,relevant data also need to be judged and recorded manually,the accuracy of experimental data is affected,a control system of automatic gas content determination device is designed and realized based on s7-1200 PLC.The PLC in used to collect and determine the temperature,pressure,liquid level and other parameters,and drainage weighing method is adopted,Water weight is automatically obtained through communication of PLC and high-precision electronic weighing,then it is converted to the volume change data of gas desorption,the amount of ground gas desorption is obtained,Through the connection with the underground gas content rapid determination instrument,the underground measurement data are automatically obtained,the surface measurement data and underground measurement data are summarized,and the coal sample gas content is calculated automatically through the internal calculation model.At the same time,the upper computer program is used to realize the visual display and convenient control of the device and improve automation and reduce the influence of human factors on experimental data,The accuracy of gas content determination is improved.
