女性领导力研究述评

摘要 社会极速发展,环境变化日新月异.更多的女性不断尝试参与到社会管理和发展中,由此女性领导者在领导魅力和领导风格中展现独有的风采.本文通过对文献的研究,分别阐述女性领导力的概念、构成、影响因素以及两性领导风格及行为差异与提升等相关研究,为研究女性领导力提供参考.
