Materialist Dialectics of Theory of Cancerous Toxin

“癌毒”学说是国医大师周仲瑛教授根据其六十余年临床实践,于20世纪90年代率先提出的,认为癌毒是肿瘤发生发展的关键病机。相较于现代医学之肿瘤观通过还原定量分析,容易陷入相对孤立、静止、片面地分析和处理问题的深渊;由“癌毒”学说逐渐发展形成的癌毒病机理论则与马克思主义理论中以唯物辩证法为主的一些观点相契合。通过比较中医学之肿瘤认识观与现代医学之肿瘤认识观的差异性,从哲学的层面分析探究癌毒理论,为运用癌毒病机理论指导治疗肿瘤寻找哲学依据并提供方法论的指导。

In the 1990s,the theory of cancerous toxin was first proposed by Professor ZHOU Zhongying,a traditional Chinese medicine master,based on his more than sixty years of clinical practice.Professor ZHOU holds that the cancerous toxin is the key pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of malignant tumor.In modern medicine,reductionism and quantitative analysis are quite easy to lead to analyzing and dealing with problems from a relatively isolated,static,one-sided perspective.The cancerous toxin pathogenesis theory,gradually developed and formed from the theory of cancerous toxin,tallies with some viewpoints mainly about materialist dialectics of the Marxist theory,compared with the modern medical perspective on tumors.This paper aims to find philosophical basis and provide guidance of methodology for the treatment of cancer with the cancerous toxin pathogenesis theory by comparing the difference between the Chinese medical perspective on cognition about tumors and the modern medical perspective on cognition about tumors,analyzing and exploring the theory of cancerous toxin from the perspective of philosophy.
