燥湿润肤洗药治疗淤积性皮炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Zaoshi Runfu Lotion(燥湿润肤洗药)in Treating Stasis Dermatitis

目的:探讨燥湿润肤洗药熏洗治疗淤积性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年9月至2017年12月在济南市中医医院外科就诊的淤积性皮炎患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用燥湿润肤洗药熏洗治疗,对照组采用复方黄柏液湿敷治疗,采用皮损面积评分(SDEASI积分法)和瘙痒程度评分比较两种方法的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前和治疗后2周SDEASI评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后4周观察组SDEASI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.16,P<0.05),治疗后6周观察组SDEASI评分低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(t=3.81,P<0.01),两组患者治疗后4周和6周SDEASI评分较治疗前均有降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前和治疗后2周瘙痒程度评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后4周观察组瘙痒程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.06,P<0.05),治疗后6周观察组瘙痒程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.46,P<0.05),两组患者治疗后4周和6周瘙痒程度评分较治疗前均有降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:燥湿润肤洗药和复方黄柏液对淤积性皮炎的治疗均有效果,但燥湿润肤洗药的远期疗效优于复方黄柏液。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Zaoshi Runfu Lotion(燥湿润肤洗药)in the treatment of stasis dermatitis(SD).Methods:A retrospective study was performed to analyze 76 cases with stasis dermatitis who visited the surgery department of Jinan Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to December 2017.All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Zaoshi Runfu Lotion and the control group was treated with Compound Huangbo Liquid.The SDEASI score and the pruritus score were used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two methods.Results:There was no significant difference in SDEASI score between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).The SDEASI score in the observation group at 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.16,P<0.05).The SDEASI score in the observation group at 6 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.81,P<0.01).The SDEASI scores in both groups at 4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pruritus score between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).The pruritus score in the observation group at 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.06,P<0.05).The pruritus score in the observation group at 6 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.46,P<0.05).The pruritus scores in both groups at 4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Zaoshi Runfu Lotion and Compound Huangbo Liquid are effective in the treatment of stasis dermatitis,but the long-term curative effect of Zaoshi Runfu Lotion is better than that of Compound Huangbo Liquid.
