摘要
为了系统科学地评价高速公路"物流驿站"开发的适宜性,本文利用德尔菲法结合模糊综合评价法构建高速公路"物流驿站"适宜性评价指标体系,综合专家值和区域值建立指标分级标准函数,基于模糊数学思想和神经网络模型构建高速公路"物流驿站"适宜性评价模糊神经网络模型。结合河南省高速公路服务区进行实证研究,实证结果表明:在选取的18对服务区中,郑州北等服务区拓展"物流驿站"功能的适宜性最高,可优选作为河南高速公路"物流驿站"开发建设的试点服务区。本文构建的高速公路"物流驿站"适宜性评价体系和评价模型,可为不同地区高速公路服务区开发"物流驿站"提供参考和借鉴。
In order to systematically and scientifically evaluate the suitability of expressway logistics station development,in this paper Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to construct the suitability evaluation index system.The index categorizing criterion function is established by synthesizing expert value and regional value.Based on the idea of fuzzy mathematics and neural network model,the fuzzy neural network model for suitability evaluation of expressway logistics station is constructed.Based on the empirical study of the service areas along the expressways in the Henan Province,the results show that among the 18 selected service areas,Zhengzhou North and other service areas have the highest suitability to expand the function of logistics station,which can be selected as the pilot service area for the development and construction of logistics station along the expressways in the Henan Province.The suitability evaluation system and evaluation model of expressway logistics station constructed in this paper can provide reference for the development of logistics station in different expressway service areas.
