摘要
以有机复合相变材料为改性剂,通过直掺法制备了一种具有抗凝冰效应的沥青新材料。研究了石蜡油、正十二烷、正十四烷、月桂酸甲酯的复配形成的三元、四元组合相变材料对沥青抗凝冰性能和三大指标的影响。利用DSC对复合相变材料的相变点和相变潜热进行测定。结果表明:抗凝冰沥青材料中三元相变材料石蜡油、月桂酸甲酯、正十二烷的质量比为1∶2∶1,四元相变材料石蜡油、月桂酸甲酯、正十二烷、正十四烷的质量比为1∶1∶2∶1,掺量为4%时相变材料改性沥青的抗凝冰性能好。从改善相变沥青材料力学性能的角度出发,采用胶粉作为改性剂改善相变沥青的性能,通过三大指标的测定,发现当胶粉掺量为3%时,胶粉改性三元、四元相变沥青的三大指标能同时满足规范要求。
Organic composite phase change materials(OCPCM)are used to improve the anti-icing for asphalt.Organic PCM composited with paraffin oil,methyl laurate,n-dodecane,n-tetradecane is selected to form three-component and four-component OCPCM.The anti-icing property and mechanical property of asphalt with three-component and four-component OCPCM are investigated.At the same time,the thermal property of OCPCM is analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).Composition of paraffin oil:methyl laurate:n-dodecane=1∶2∶1 for three-component and paraffin oil:methyl laurate:ndodecane:n-tetradecane=1∶1∶2∶1 for four-component are recommended to prepare the composite PCM modified asphalt,which exhibit the optimal anti-icing property.To improve the mechanical property of phase change asphalt,crumb rubber is mixed,when the weight ratio is 3%,the modified phase change asphalt property meets the requirement of specification.
