摘要
维持性血液透析患者在此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中面临巨大的风险和挑战,充足合理的营养摄入是预防和治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的重要武器。因此,中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会针对血液透析患者特提出《关于血透患者防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的饮食专家建议》。该文对该建议中关于血液透析患者的主食、优质蛋白质摄入、蔬菜水果、食物种类和搭配、预防病毒传播、液体摄入、营养补充、规律作息及充足睡眠、补充抗炎抗氧化制剂等9个方面内容进行了详细解读。
Maintenance hemodialysis patients face great risk and challenges in the current coronavirus disease2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and adequate and reasonable nutrition is an important weapon in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Therefore,the Chinese Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition proposed Dietary Expert Advice on Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 in Hemodialysis Patients for hemodialysis patients.In this paper,the nine pieces of advice on hemodialysis patients’staple food,intake of high-quality protein,vegetables and fruits,food types and combinations,prevention of virus transmission,fluid intake,nutritional supplements,regular rest and adequate sleep,as well as supplement of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant preparations are interpreted in detail.
