银杏酮酯分散片联合常规治疗对合并颈动脉不稳定斑块高血压病患者血清MicroRNA-21及MMP-9的影响

Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dispersible Tablets Combined with Routine Treatment on Serum Micro RNA-21 and MMP-9 Levels in Hypertensive Patients with Carotid Vulnerable Plaque

目的探讨银杏酮酯分散片对合并颈动脉不稳定斑块高血压病患者血清MicroRNA-21(miR-21)及金属基质蛋白-9(MMP-9)的影响。方法将120例颈动脉彩超提示颈动脉不稳定斑块的高血压病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组60例,两组在常规降压治疗的基础上加用拜阿司匹林及瑞舒伐他汀治疗,试验组在此基础上加服银杏酮酯分散片治疗,疗程3个月。采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测血清miR-21水平,ELISA法检测血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平。结果与本组治疗前比较,治疗后试验组miR-21、MMP-9及hs-CRP水平下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组血清miR-21、MMP-9及hs-CRP水平均降低(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯分散片联合常规治疗能降低合并颈动脉不稳定斑块高血压病患者血清miR-21及MMP-9水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract dispersible Tablets on serum mircoRNA-21(miR-21)and matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9)levels in hypertensive patients with carotid vulnerable plaque.Methods Totally 120 eligible hypertensive patients with vulnerable carotid plaque determined by ultrasound were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group according to random number digit table,60 in each group.All patients received routine treatment of hypertension control with aspirin and rosuvastatin,while those in the experimental group additionally took Ginkgo biloba extract dispersible Tablets,the therapeutic course for all was 3 months.The serum miR-21 level was detected by Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels were tested by ELISA.Results Compared with before treatment in the same group,the levels of miR-21,MMP-9 and hs-CRP decreased in the experimental group after treatment(P<0.05);and compared with the control group,serum miR-21,MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels decreased in the experimental group(P<0.05).ConclusionGinkgo biloba extract dispersible Tablets combined with routine treatment could decrease the levels of serum miR-21 and MMP-9 in hypertensive patients with vulnerable carotid plaque.
