基于不同残余含水率的相似材料力学特性研究 被引量:3

Study on Mechanical Properties of Similar Materials Based on Different Residual Moisture Contents

摘要 相似材料力学特性与原始岩石力学特性的相似度对相似模拟试验成功与否起到关键性作用。为提高试验精度,以葫芦素煤矿岩层特性为工程背景,采用实验室试验、理论分析及现场调研等方法,研究了以河砂和重晶石粉为骨料、水泥和石膏为胶结材料的相似材料不同残余含水率配比试验效果。结果表明:各因素对相似材料力学性质的综合影响大小依次为:残余含水率>重晶石粉含量>砂胶比>水膏比;当残余含水率由0%增大到4%时,相似材料的单轴抗压强度和弹性模量分别降低了49.5%和53.3%,泊松比增加了54.8%;根据工程应用验证,线性回归方程的计算值与试验值相似度范围为86.3%~94.8%。该研究成果可为提高相似材料试验精度提供有效的参考。 The similarity between the mechanical properties of similar materials and the original rock plays a key role in the success of similar simulation tests.In order to improve the test accuracy,taking the rock stratum characteristics of Hulusu coal mine as the engineering background,using the methods of laboratory test,theoretical analysis and field investigation,the proportioning test effect of different residual moisture contents were studied for similar materials with river sand and barite powder as aggregate,as well as cement and gypsum as cementation materials.The results show that,the comprehensive influence order of various factors on the mechanical properties of similar materials is as follows:residual water content>barite powder content>sand binder ratio>water cement ratio.When the residual water content increases from 0 to 4%,the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of similar materials reduce by 49.5% and 53.3%,respectively,and Poisson\s ratio increases by 54.8%.According to the verification of engineering application,the similarity between the calculated value and the test value of the linear regression equation is 86.3% ~94.8%.The research results can provide an effective reference for improving the test accuracy of similar materials.
