水相pH对现场混装乳化炸药基质储存稳定性的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究水相溶液pH大小对现场混装乳化炸药基质储存稳定性的影响,采用高低温循环试验、模拟运输振动试验、自然储存试验,并结合游离硝酸含量检测结果,对乳化炸药基质储存稳定性进行评价。试验结果表明:水相溶液pH对乳化炸药基质储存稳定性有一定的影响。当pH小于3.71时,随着pH指标的降低,乳胶基质老化速度加快,储存稳定较差;当pH介于3.71~4.12时,乳胶基质稳定性最佳;当pH大于4.12时,随着pH的增大,乳胶基质的储存稳定性降低。 In order to study the effect of pH value of aqueous phase solution on the storage stability of on-site mixed emulsion explosive matrix,high-low temperature cycle experiment,simulated transport vibration experiment,natural storage experiment and free nitric acid content test results were used to evaluate the storage stability of emulsion explosive matrix.The experimental results show that the pH value of aqueous phase solution has a certain influence on the storage stability of the emulsion explosive matrix.When the pH value is less than 3.71,the aging speed of emulsion matrix accelerates and the storage stability is poor with the decrease of pH value.When the pH value is between 3.71 and 4.12,the stability of emulsion matrix is the best.When the pH value is greater than 4.12,the storage stability of the emulsion matrix decreases with the increase of pH value.
