技工院校校企合作面临的主要问题与对策研究

Research on the Main Problems and Countermeasures of School-enterprise Cooperation in Technical Colleges

随着我国经济快速发展,制造业不断向高端转移,高素质技能型人才需求量不断上升。校企合作是技工院校输出人才的重要途径,由于普遍存在合作层次较低、合作关系不稳定、缺乏明确合作目标、合作模式单一等情况,导致校企合作效果不理想。文中对校企合作存在的这些问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应的对策完善人才培养机制,以实现学校与企业互惠共赢的目的。

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the manufacturing industry continues to shift to the high-end, and the demand for high-quality skilled talents is increasing. School enterprise cooperation is an important way for technical colleges to export talents. Due to the low level of cooperation, unstable cooperation relationship, lack of clear cooperation objectives and single cooperation mode, the effect of school enterprise cooperation is not ideal. This paper analyzes these problems in school enterprise cooperation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the talent training mechanism,in order to achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win between school and enterprise.
