地方高校教学资源不足的现状及优化策略

The Current Situation and Optimization Strategies of Insufficient Teaching Resources in Local Colleges and Universities

教学资源是高校培养人才不可或缺的一部分,随着社会的不断发展,地方高校现存的教学资源已经渐渐不能满足本科教学的需要。通过对教学资源分析,发现地方高校普遍存在可利用资源短缺,资源共享程度低,管理不足这三个方面的问题,本文对以上存在的几点不足之处进行逐个分析,并提出与之相应的优化策略。

Teaching resources are an indispensable part of cultivating talents in colleges and universities. With the continuous development of society, the existing teaching resources of local colleges and universities have gradually failed to meet the needs of undergraduate teaching. It is found that local colleges and universities generally have three issues in teaching resources:insufficient resources, lack of resource sharing, and low efficient management. This paper analyzes the current situation of the above deficiencies, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.
