中职体育教学中学生终身体育意识的培养

On the Cultivation of Students’ Life-long Physical Education Consciousness in Secondary Vocational Physical Education

随着新课改和素质教育的进行,中职体育教学中怎样培养学生终身体育意识已经成为了教学的一个重要目标。笔者主要分析了中职体育教学实施的意义,并分析了中职体育教学中存在的问题,找到了一些培养学生终身体育意识的策略,希望能够帮助学生更好的成长。

With the development of the new curriculum reform and quality education, how to cultivate the students’ life-long physical education consciousness has become an important goal of teaching. The author mainly analyzes the significance of the implementation of secondary vocational physical education, and analyzes the existing problems in secondary vocational physical education, and finds some strategies to cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness, hoping to help students grow better.
