“新型职业农民后继者”双创人才培养模式的研究与构建——以苏州农业职业技术学院为例

The Research and Construction of the Training Mode of "The Successor of the New Professional Farmer" ——Take Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an example

"实施乡村振兴战略,加强农村基层基础工作,培养造就一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的‘三农’工作队伍。"总书记的报告为我们学农、做农的新农人明确了行动指南,指明了前进道路。本文以苏州农业职业技术学院委培类专业为例,分析针对委培生的双创人才培养的必要性,并对其培养体系进行了探索实践,打造出"四向融合"的双创教育模式,通识教育、专业教育、实践教育、精英教育与创新创业教育全面融合的新型职业农民创新创业人才培养模式,旨在对同类高校委培生"双创"培养工作起到一定的引导作用。
