摘要
中职教育作为我国教育中重要组成部分,其目的是为国家和社会培养中、高级技能型人才。在此基础上,"双师型"教师是中职院校实现教育目标和特色教学的关键。但调查统计,大部分中职院校"双师型"教师数量严重不足,建设机制僵化,严重制约了中职教育的改革与发展。本文主要分析了"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出了具体的建设机制。
Secondary vocational education, as an important part of education in China, aims to cultivate middle and senior skilled talents for the country and society. On this basis, "double teacher" teachers are the key to achieve the educational objectives and characteristic teaching in secondary vocational colleges. However, according to the survey and statistics, the number of "double teacher" teachers in most secondary vocational colleges is seriously insufficient, and the construction mechanism is rigid, which seriously restricts the reform and development of secondary vocational education. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the construction of "double teacher" teachers’ team, and puts forward the specific construction mechanism.
