发挥学校、家长和社会协同育人的合力作用,家长是家庭教育的主体,学校在家庭教育中发挥重要作用,是家庭教育指导的主阵地,社会是支持。其中,班主任是家校联系工作的承担者,班主任工作是最终形成学校组织、家长参与、社会支持的家庭教育工作格局的根本元素。新时代班主任创新工作实践离不开开展指导家庭教育工作,帮助家长提高家教水平,才能形成有效的教育合力。
