当前中小学法治教育体系研究

Research on the Current Legal Education System in Primary and Secondary Schools

加强中小学生法治教育,是落实依法治国基本方略的核心要求,是落实立德树人根本任务的有效手段,是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要途径。由于中小学生正处于身心发展不成熟的时期,很容易因为蝇头小利或意气用事做出违法乱纪的行为,其法治观念、法治信仰、法治思维和自觉守法、遇事找法、解决问题靠法的行为方式都有待于进一步养成,因此对于中小学法治教育尤为突出重要。本文主要讲解的是中小学法制教育体系的时代发展趋势以及其时代意义,更好的将法治教育落实到教学当中,为祖国培养全面发展的人才。

Strengthening the education of the rule of law for primary and secondary school students is the core requirement of implementing the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, the effective means of implementing the basic task of establishing morality and cultivating people, and the important way of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values. Because the primary and secondary school students are in the immature period of physical and mental development, it is easy for them to violate the law and discipline because of petty profit or willful use of things. The concept of the rule of law,the belief in the rule of law, the thinking of the rule of law and the behavior of consciously abiding by the law, finding the law in case of things, and relying on the law to solve problems need to be further developed, so it is particularly important for the rule of law education in primary and secondary schools. This paper mainly discusses the development trend and significance of the legal education system in primary and secondary schools, we will better implement the education of rule of law into teaching, and cultivate all-round and multi-quality talents for our country.
