摘要
班级是学校的基本细胞,是学生接受教育的主阵地。作为小学生的管理者、参与者和陪伴者,班主任要想把班级管理得有头有绪,在做许多艰辛细致的工作时,既要讲究工作方法,又要注重管理策略,还要学习别人育人艺术,才能达到学生自我管理、自我约束、自我规范的目的。
Class is the basic cell of school and the main position for students to receive education. As the administrators, participants and companions of primary school students, the head teacher should pay attention to working methods, management strategies and other people’s education arts when doing much hard and meticulous work to manage the class head and head.Only in this way can the purpose of students’ self-management, self-discipline and self-regulation be achieved.
