摘要
本研究探讨大学生生命意义感课程教育实效性。本研究采用单组前测后测的教学实验法,选取两个"大学生心理健康教育"课程学生,在课程教学中融入生命意义教育元素。在实施教学实验前后,本研究使用《生命意义感量表》对学生生命意义感水平进行测量,并进行统计分析。研究结果发现,大学生生命意义感课程教育实效性显著。这显示生命意义感课程教育能够有效提高大学生的生命意义感水平。
The research explores the effectiveness of the curriculum education for sense of life meaning of college students.The research uses experiment methods of a single group of pre-test and post-test teaching. The research selects two classes about psychological health education for college student, and it incorporates life meaning education elements into the course teaching. The level of sense of life sense of the students is measured by Sense of Life Sense Scale and analyzed statistically before and after the experiment. The result shows that the effectiveness of the curriculum education of the sense of life meaning for college students is significant. The experiments show that life sense curriculum education can effectively improve the level of the sense of life meaning of college students.
