新形势下高校辅导员学生管理工作方法研究

Research on the Management Methods of College Counselors’ Students in the New Situation

学生作为教育工作开展的主体对象,其管理工作就成为高校教学中重要的一部分内容,辅导员的管理能力和管理效果与学校和学生的发展息息相关。因此,本文立足于当代高校学生的心理特点,通过分析当前背景下高校辅导员在学生管理工作中表现的问题与不足,进而提出几点有效改进辅导员管理工作效率的策略与方法,以此为相关教育工作者提供参考。

As the main object of education, students’ management has become an important part of college teaching. The management ability and effect of counselors are closely related to the development of schools and students. Therefore, based on the psychological characteristics of contemporary college students, this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies of College Counselors in the management of students under the current background, and then puts forward some strategies and methods to effectively improve the efficiency of counselor management, so as to provide reference for relevant educators.
