辅导员作为开展大学生思政教育的骨干力量,与学生进行谈心谈话是直接有效的工作方式和引导途径,从而做到早发现早预防早解决,进一步提高思政教育的影响力。信息时代的到来改变的不只是学生们的思想认知水平,辅导员的沟通方法和技巧也应与时俱进,才能更好地为学生服务,更好地完成思想政治教育工作,更好地响应党中央提出建设和谐稳定高校的号召,更好地承担起教书育人的使命,为建设中国特色社会主义高校贡献力量。

As a backbone force for ideological and political education of college students, counselors have direct and effective ways of working and guiding ways to conduct heart-to-heart talks with students, so as to achieve early detection, early prevention and early resolution, and further increase the influence of ideological and political education. The advent of the information age has not only changed the students ’ideological and cognitive level, but also the communication methods and skills of counselors should keep pace with the times, so as to better serve students, better complete ideological and political education, and better in response to the call of the Party central committee to build a harmonious and stable university, it better assumes the mission of teaching and educating people and contributes to the construction of a socialist university with Chinese characteristics.
