高校艺术类毕业生就业帮扶举措探究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,艺术类毕业生规模随着高校招生数量的扩张而不断扩大。在社会经济高速发展、人民生活水平大幅提升的新时代大背景下,艺术教育正处在由传统的精英教育向大众化教育迅速发展阶段,一方面毕业生就业机会增多,另一方面社会对艺术类人才的要求日益提高,毕业生就业问题突出,就业形势严峻。本文基于艺术类毕业生就业现状分析,深度挖掘他们在就业过程中存在的问题,探究"全过程"就业指导与帮扶举措,通过完善培养机制、转变就业观念、提高全方位就业指导和服务、关注特殊毕业生、建立就业信息数据库、实现多元化就业等举措,帮助毕业生实现高质量就业。 In recent years, the scale of art graduates has continued to expand with the expansion of college enrollment. Against the backdrop of a new era of rapid social and economic development and a significant improvement in people’s living standards, art education is at a stage of rapid development from traditional elite education to popular education. On the one hand,graduates have more employment opportunities, on the other hand, the society requirements for talents are increasing day by day, the employment problems of graduates are outstanding, and the employment situation is grim. This article is based on the analysis of the employment status of art graduates, deeply digs out their existing problems in the employment process, explores the "full process" employment guidance and assistance measures, by improving the training mechanism, changing the concept of employment, improving all-round employment guidance and services, focus on special graduates, establish employment information databases, and achieve diversified employment to help graduates achieve high-quality employment.
