On the Role of Socialist Core Values in Normal University Students’ Career Planning and Employment Guidance

基于社会主义核心价值观,研究其指导师范生职业生涯规划和就业指导工作的意义和价值,以及如何有效开展工作的建议和对策。并利用理想信念教育、社会实践教育、职业素养培训等教育活动充实大学生职业生涯规划和就业指导内容。引导师范生确定就业方向,不断提高自身素质,积累丰富经验,以提高就业核心竞争力,最终达到高质量就业。

Based on the socialist core values, this paper studies the significance and value of guiding Normal University Students’ career planning and employment guidance, as well as the suggestions and countermeasures on how to effectively carry out the work. In addition, we should make full use of such educational activities as ideal and belief education, social practice education and vocational quality training to enrich the contents of career planning and employment guidance for college students. To guide normal students to determine the direction of employment, constantly improve their own quality, accumulate rich experience, so as to improve the core competitiveness of employment, and ultimately achieve high-quality employment.
