当前,我国高等教育正在进入普及化进程,不管中央还是地方都对高校发展制定了改革方案,进行了顶层设计。高水平理工科大学建设就是广东经济发展进入新常态、实施创新驱动发展战略的重大需求。因此,如何既能冲击高水平理工科大学,又能遵循高等教育基本规律、实现内涵发展、创新发展、特色发展,是高水平理工科大学面临的关键性难题。本文认为,高水平学科建设是高水平理工科大学建设的核心所在,差异化发展战略是高水平理工科大学建设的根本方向,高水平学科团队是高水平理工科大学建设的基本范式,哲学社会科学繁荣是高水平理工科大学建设的应有之义,高水平国际交流与合作是高水平理工科大学建设的必由之路。

At present,China’s higher education is entering the process of popularization.Both the central and local governments have formulated reform plans and carried out top-level design for the development of colleges and universities.The construction of High-level University of Science and Engineering is the important demand for Guangdong’s economic development to enter the new normal state and implement the strategy of innovation-driven development.Therefore,it is a key problem for High-level Universities of Science and Engineering that how to not only impact high-level universities of science and engineering,but also follow the basic Law of higher education and realize connotation development,innovation development and characteristic development.The paper holds that the construction of high-level disciplines is the core of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering,and the differentiation development strategy is the fundamental direction of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering,the high-level discipline team is the basic paradigm of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering,and the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences is the due meaning of the construction of High-level Universities of Science and Engineering and High-level International Exchange and cooperation are the way for the construction of high-level universities of science and engineering.
