摘要
文章以"齐鲁工匠后备人才"培养取得的实践经验和效果为例,积极探索高职院校医学生职业素养培育路径,构建以提升学生职业能力和培育工匠精神为核心的人才培养数学模型,开展多层次的工匠主题教育实践活动,以期建立"校企共育工匠"的人才培养的长效机制,助力山东省"齐鲁工匠后备人才"培育工程落地实施。
Taking the practical experience and effect of "Qilu craftsmen reserve talents" training as an example, this paper actively explores the cultivation path of vocational college medical students’ professional quality, constructs a mathematical model of talent cultivation with the promotion of students’ professional ability and the cultivation of craftsman spirit as the core,and carries out multi-level craftsman theme education practice activities, with a view to establishing a long-term effect of talent cultivation of "school enterprise joint education of craftsmen" mechanism, to help implement Shandong Province "Qilu craftsmen reserve talents" training project.
