基层电大非学历教育管理问题的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Management of Non Academic Education in TVU

非学历教育是基层电大的另一个办学主体责任,在县域教育格局中具有广阔的空间。但是,目前电大非学历教育管理面临不少现实问题:认识不足,机制不活,设施滞后。现阶段县级电大非学历教育管理要在思想认识上、实践运行上、体制运作上、资源整合上做些思考。

Non academic education is another main responsibility of TVU, which has a broad space in the county education pattern. However, at present, the management of non academic education in TVU is faced with many practical problems: insufficient understanding, inflexible mechanism and backward facilities. At present, the management of non academic education in TVU at county level should think about ideological understanding, practical operation, system operation and resource integration.
