新工科条件下“项目组织与管理”课程教学反思与改革探讨

On the Teaching Reflection and Reform of "Project Organization and Management" under the Condition of New Engineering

随着科学技术的进步,人工智能、云计算、物联网等新兴产业蓬勃发展,与之对应的高等院校新工科教育建设也迫在眉睫。"项目组织与管理"课程建设是推动高等院校新工科教育发展的重要途径,能够有效提高计算机专业学生的项目实践能力,满足新兴工科产业发展的人才需求。本文在新工科条件下,对"项目组织与管理"课程建设的现状进行了调研,结合新工科人才发展需求和高校教学实际情况,提出了具体可行的"项目组织与管理"课程教学改革方案。

With the progress of science and technology, new industries such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Internet of things are booming, and the corresponding construction of new engineering education in colleges and universities is also imminent. "Project organization and management" course construction is an important way to promote the development of new engineering education in colleges and universities. It can effectively improve the project practice ability of computer students and meet the talent demand of the development of new engineering industry. Under the condition of new engineering, this paper investigates the current situation of "project organization and management" course construction, and puts forward a feasible teaching reform plan of "project organization and management" course based on the development demand of new engineering talents and the actual teaching situation in colleges and universities.
