高校是社会进步发展的人才库和智囊团,是我国脱贫攻坚的生力军。作为精准帮扶的排头兵,高等院校不断探索出新的扶贫理论与模式。通过分析山西农业大学、盐城工学院、太原师范学院三所具有代表性的高校帮扶案例,阐述其扶贫模式的主要内涵和基本特征,探索高校精准扶贫和精神育人的新路径,[1]为我国高校教育扶贫工作提供理论支持与实践参考。

Colleges and universities are the talent pool and think tank of social progress and development, and the new force of poverty alleviation in China. As a pacesetter of precise assistance, colleges and universities have been exploring new poverty alleviation theories and models. Through the analysis of the three representative cases of Shanxi Agricultural University, Yancheng University of Technology and Taiyuan Normal University, this paper expounds the main connotation and basic characteristics of the poverty alleviation mode, explores the new path of targeted poverty alleviation and spiritual education in colleges and universities, and provides theoretical support and practical reference for the poverty alleviation work in colleges and universities in China.
