急性心肌梗死患者心功能与体重指数的关系

Association between Cardiac Function and Body Mass Index in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:初步探讨急性心肌梗死患者心功能改变与体重指数的关系。方法:以2018年7月-2018年12月于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院住院的66例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按体重指数(BMI)不同分为两组:超重/肥胖组(BMI≥25 kg/m^2,n=34)与正常体重组(18.5≤BMI<25 kg/m^2,n=32),收集两组患者的基线资料及3月后的心功能指标。结果:超重/肥胖组的LVEF值低于正常体重组,而NT-pro BNP水平高于正常体重组。3个月后门诊随访,发现超重/肥胖组的6分钟步行长度较正常体重组低,超重/肥胖组NYHA分级≥II级的例数多于正常体重组(P均<0.05),而两组的NT-pro BNP、LVEF无明显差异。结论:急性心肌梗死患者心功能改变与体重指数相关,超重/肥胖可能会降低急性心梗患者的活动耐量。

Objective:To investigate the association between cardiac function changes and body mass index(BMI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to sun yat-sen memorial hospital of sun yat-sen university from July 2018 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to body mass index(BMI):overweight/obese group(BMI≥25 kg/m^2)and normal weight group(18.5≤BMI<25 kg/m^2).Baseline data of the two groups and cardiac function indicators after 3 months were collected.Results:The LVEF of the overweight/obese group was lower than that of the normal weight group,while the NT-pro BNP level was higher than that of the normal weight group.After 3 months of outpatient follow-up,it was found that the length of 6-minute walk in the overweight/obesity group was lower than that in the normal weight group,and the number of NYHA grade≥grade II patients in the overweight/obesity group was higher than that in the normal weight group(P<0.05),while NT-pro BNP,LVEF had no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions:Changes in cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction are associated with BMI.Overweight/obesity may reduce activity tolerance in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
