门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合异甘草酸镁治疗抗结核药所致药物性肝损伤临床研究

Clinical Research of Ornithine Aspartate combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizate on the Treatment of Liver Injury caused by Antituberculosis Drugs

目的:总结门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与异甘草酸镁联合治疗抗结核药物引起的药物性肝损伤的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年12月收治的63例抗结核药物致肝损伤患者的临床资料,以使用异甘草酸镁治疗的为对照组(n=31),联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的为观察组(n=32),比较两组治疗1周后的临床效果。结果:治疗后两组ALT、AST、ALP、TBIL较治疗前均明显下降,但观察组下降更明显(P均<0.05)。观察组显效率明显高于对照组(68.7%vs. 41.9%,P<0.05),但两组总有效率无明显差异(93.7%vs. 93.5%,P>0.05)。结论:门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合异甘草酸镁治疗抗结核药物所致肝损伤比单独使用异甘草酸镁治疗肝功能更快得到改善,有利于结核患者重新恢复抗结核药物治疗。

Objective:To summarize the effect of ornithine aspartate combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizate on the treatment of liver injury caused by antituberculosis drugs. Methods:The clinical data of 63 patients with liver injury caused by antituberculous drugs from Jan 2017 to Dec 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The 31 cases treated by magnesium isoglycate were classified as control group,while 32 cases treated by magnesium isoglycate and ornithine aspartate were classified as observation group. The therapeutic effects were compared after treatment one week between the two groups. Results:The levels of Alt,AST,ALP and TBIL in the observation group were significantly decreased than those in the control group after the treatment(all P<0.05),although they were decreased in the two groups compared the before treatment. The marked effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(68.7% vs. 41.9%,P<0.05),while the total effective rate was no significant difference between the two groups(93.7% vs. 93.5%, P>0.05). Conclusion:The effect of ornithine aspartate combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizate on liver injury caused by antituberculous drugs is faster than that of magnesium isoglycyrrhizate alone,and it is helpful for retreatment of antituberculous drugs for the cases.
