摘要
目的:探讨应用FOCUS-PDCA管理程序在提高院内会诊制度执行规范率中的应用效果。方法:应用FOCUS-PDCA程序的9个步骤分析医生在执行院内会诊制度不规范的原因;成立CQI小组改造院内电子流程、培训、实现全程信息化闭环管理、落实质控扣分、与绩效挂勾等。结果:应用FOCUS-PDCA法干预后,院内会诊制度执行规范率干预前的51.64%到干预后的91.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FOCUS-PDCA程序的应用对提高院内会诊制度的执行力,保护患者安全,提高医疗质量有积极意义。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying the FOCUS-PDCA management program in improving the standardization rate of the hospital consultation system. Methods:The reasons for doctors‘ irregular consultation in the hospital were analyzed with the 9 steps of the FOCUS-PDCA program. A CQI team was established to reform the hospital’s electronic processes,training,achieve full-information closed-loop management,implement quality control deductions,and link performance. Results:After the FOCUS-PDCA intervention,the implemented standardized rate of the in-hospital consultation system increased significantly than before intervention(91.56% vs. 51.64%,P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of the FOCUS-PDCA procedure has an important role for improving the implementation of the hospital consultation system,protecting the safety of patients,and improving the quality of medical treatment.
