Residential-Heating Mode for Cogeneration System: A Case Study of Thermal Power-Plant Renovation

摘要 针对居民供热负荷需求逐年增长,热源急缺形势日益严峻的问题,以某火力发电厂为研究对象,对比分析了汽轮机抽汽供热方式、吸收式热泵方式和低位能供热方式三种供热改造方案。研究表明:抽汽方案供热汽源耗能成本很高,不具备节能效益,无法扩大供热能力;热泵方案对机组的余热利用不完善;低位能方案供热能耗低,经济效益高、后期维护费用低。通过改造并进行试验,表明方案是值得的借鉴和推广的。 Herein,we addressed via case study the residential heating technologies of cogeneration or combined heat and power(CHP)system,a renovated thermal power plant.When it comes to utilization of waste-energy of thermal power plant,the heat transformation technologies include:the steam-turbine extraction,heat-pump absorption and low-grade heat utilization modes.The advantages and weaknesses of the heat-transformation modes were discussed with experimental results and theoretical analysis.We found that the low-grade heat utilization mode is the best.To be specific,the low-grade heat utilization mode outperforms the other two modes because of its strengths,including,but not limited to higher utilization efficiency of low-grade heat,smaller heating energy consumption,lower maintenance cost,larger room for heating capacity expansion,and most important,better economic impact.We suggest that the results be of some technological interest for renovation of conventional thermal power plants.
