上海市某高星级酒店节能减排解决方案与节能潜力分析应用研究 被引量:2

Case study on low emission energy saving solutions and potential analysis of a luxury hotel in Shanghai

摘要 高星级酒店节能技术改造一直以来都是建筑节能的重点课题,大型公共建筑制冷、采暖、生活热水能耗占比高,为节能改造的重点方向。以上海市高星级酒店节能减排解决方案为例,通过将热泵供热技术创新应用,在现场空间极其紧凑的条件限制下,实现了酒店冬季采暖、全年生活热水的高效稳定运行。同时,将磁悬浮离心变频制冷技术及冷热源智能控制技术结合运用,成功创建了高效机房。 Especially for the high-star hotel, the energy system retrofit of large public buildings has always been a key issue of building energy conservation. For the large proportion of cooling, heating and hot-water supply energy consumption. In the case study, with the innovation application of heat pump heating technology, the hotel heating in winter and hot-water in whole year achieved high efficiently and stable supply under the limit of space. Besides, for the cooling system, an high-performance machine station was realized, with the combination of frequency maglev centrifugal refrigeration technology and intelligent control of energy source.
