摘要
华电章丘发电有限公司3~#炉SCR的催化剂的脱硝效率较差,催化剂上积灰严重。在3~#炉B侧催化剂的三层催化剂上分别对装2套可调频高声强声波吹灰器后,停炉检修时发现B侧催化剂上积灰明显少于A侧催化剂上积灰。通过对两侧的监测数据发现,B侧的SCR氨逃逸率、催化剂压差、脱硝效率等指标全面优于A侧。
Huadian Zhangqiu Power Generation Co.Ltd.3~#furnace SCR catalyst denitrification efficiency is poor,and the ash accumulation on the catalyst is serious.After installing two sets of adjustable frequency high-acoustic sonic soot blowers on the three-layer catalyst of the 3~#furnace B side catalyst,it was found that the ash accumulation on the B side catalyst was significantly less than that on the A side catalyst when the furnace was shut down for maintenance.By comparing the monitoring data on both sides,it is found that the SCR ammonia escape rate,catalyst pressure difference,out-of-stock efficiency and other indicators on the B side are better than the A side.
